Unit 3 Blog

Hello class,

1. On a scale of 1/10 my physical well-being is about 5. I need to lose weight, I have high blood pressure and some artery disease. I know what I need to do but I haven't mastered the art of keeping my mouth closed when I need to :)  Spiritual well-being is about a 7. I feel better about doing what is right for me and I'm happy with whom I've become even though others might feel differently about it. Psychological well-being about a 7 as well. I'm in a good place right now mentally and know it's because I did it. I've managed to navigate the rough waters of my life and become a better person because of it.

2. Physical goal is to exercise more, leave the sweets behind and be good to myself. Spiritual goal is to keep doing what I'm doing and not sweat the small stuff. Psychological goal is to keep motivating myself, get through school, and reap the benefits of my actions. Enjoy my family and live life to the fullest.

3. Physical activity is walking, swimming. Spiritual is to give myself more quiet time and allow myself to try other areas of thinking such as yoga. Psychological activity, getting though each class and getting that degree in my hands is a great motivator.
